Rooms facing Palmdale Rd are very noisy at night! Hotel is getting "worn" In need of a little TLC.

All good. After a long drive this hotel was just what you want- clean, quiet. excellent room, and right off the interstate. Girl at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. Great night's rest. Good hotel! Recommended.

Clean and close to my mother's house. And, there aren't homeless people hanging out in the parking lot.

Not one thing.

Bed is very hard and springs poking you in the back. The carpet is old and gross the place is run down looks like a motel 6 its actually motel quality. You can hear people slamming doors and banging on walls and being loud all night long. Not worth price.

Yes bad location, Dirty place, Staff is rude and unprofessional, The beds are very uncomfortable, the bathroom and rooms are dirty and there are bugs, all night long it feels as if stuff is crawling all over you, springs in your back all night,loud noises

The room was very clean and staff was friendly.

The hotel is located in a rough area. A lot of loud folks wandering the halls past midnight, and a strong aroma of marijuana woke me up around 2am.

At 8am, housekeeping is ready making noise and going to rooms It's like they dont want you to sleep, I could hear them Checking all doors and people were telling them it's not even time to check out I stayed there for a good nights rest after a long

Good location close to highway. Nice facility, clean room.

Like i said great location, nice facility clean rooms. BUT the water coming out of the shower and sink was cloudy and milky. I notified the front desk for a full refund and long story short i was given the cold shoulder and was only refunded a percentage.

I personally like buffet breakfast, included. Not offered here. I also didn't like the bath and closet doors style and design

The rooms are nice and you get 2 beds even if you pay for only one.

The light in my bathroom did not work for the first day. I had to ask front desk 3 times before they fixed it.

The staff helped checked in was super nice and helpful. BUT No staff at all when checked out. Also no box as mentioned earlier for the returned keys. Have to leave them on the counter.

Didn't like my stay there.

Very unclean. There was a bug crawling on the bathroom counter. Rugs and backboard coming off. Hall smelled like people where smoking pot. Not a good place to stay. Would not ever stay there.

The location. The price.

I think the 3 star rating must have been given on the appearance of the lobby. I purchased two rooms in different areas of the hotel, however, both were in serious need of repair. The room was clean. All four pillows were full of lumps.

Dirty as can be and I've stayed here multiple times with no change. This was the first time I had ABSOLUTELY NO HOT WATER THO! Which was a new nightmare. Guess it's better than another set of false eyelashes stuck to the bottom of my socks like last time.

They were remodeling, and I had to switch rooms 4 times, in one day, couldn't get any rest, they refused to give me a refund so I could just leave and go somewhere else,and to top it off my hat was stolen, green with American flag on it.do not recommend.
